Application for Membership
Application for membership is initially via the Secretary, by completing and emailing the Secretary the completed FCC Application for Membership form. Note that this form is editable, so you should first download a copy, then type your details in the relevant boxes, save it again with whatever PDF viewer your computer has installed and finally email the saved copy to the Secretary. forthcruisingclub.secretary@gmail.com

Boat owners and prospective boat owners should, prior to completing the FCC Membership Application Form and submitting it, contact our Rear Commodore Piers and Moorings for discussion about size limitations, mooring needs and other associated matters – Bob Colquhoun – 07764368929 – piersandmoorings@forthcruisingclub.org.
Boat owners also should complete the The Boat Registration Form which is also an editable pdf file. Please download it, save it to your files, complete it and email the completed version back to the secretary: forthcruisingclub.secretary@gmail.com
The current Club policy is that boat owning membership is only available to applicants wishing to use and operate from a Club mooring. Boat owning membership is not available to those wishing to only store/’over winter’ their boat on Club premises and base their boat elsewhere in the sailing season. This does not apply to dinghy membership.
All boats whilst within the boundary of the Club premises, or while participating in Club events, are to be insured to at least third party (minimum £2 million).
Where a boat is owned or about to be owned by more than one person the Club requires only one member of the partnership to apply for a boat owning membership and subsequent completion of the Boat Registration Form (including insurance declaration)- see above. The remaining partner(s) must please apply for a non boat-owning membership (A or B) as a minimum.
Application Process
Please email your application form and boat registration form (if applicable) to forthcruisingclub.secretary@gmail.com Once your application has been processed, we will then ask for payment of the fees due for your category of membership. Please do not send us any money yet.
