Want to share the costs of Keel Cleaning?
I’m intending to prepare Silver Girl’s keels for painting by hiring a company to either grit or sand blast them. As this is a relatively expensive task I would love to share the hire with any others who are worried about the state of their cast iron or steel keels. Grit or sand blasting them and then coats of epoxy will protect them from rust for many years.
I know of a company in the West who are willing to travel but also happy to consider a local company if they come recommended.
